Privacy policy

Mint Bundles is a Shopify app made by Mint Labs ("we", "us"). It lets merchants create quantity-break, bundle and mix & match discounts. This policy explains what information the app collects when a merchant installs it, how we use it, and how it's deleted.
The short version
- We ask Shopify for two permissions only: to manage discounts (
write_discounts) and to read products (read_products). We can't see your orders or your customers. - We don't collect any personal information about your customers or shoppers.
- Our storefront blocks set no cookies and send no tracking or analytics data.
- We never sell or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- When you uninstall, everything we hold about your store is deleted.
What we collect

What the app stores in your Shopify store
Each offer becomes a Shopify automatic discount in your admin (under Discounts). The offer's settings are saved on that discount, and a summary of your active offers is saved as app data so the theme blocks can display them. These live in your Shopify store and are removed by Shopify when the app is uninstalled.
Customer data
The app doesn't access or store personal information about your customers. Discounts are calculated by Shopify from the products and quantities in a cart; we never receive cart contents. We still respond to Shopify's customer data request and deletion webhooks as required; there is nothing for us to return or delete.
Where data is stored
The app runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database) and connects to Shopify's APIs. Data is encrypted in transit. We don't use any other third-party services, analytics, or trackers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your offer settings while the app is installed. When you uninstall, your access token is deleted immediately, and Shopify asks us to erase your store's data 48 hours later — at which point all offer settings are permanently deleted. You can also email us to request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about your store. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
